F1259 Equipment Missing on Cisco 220 M4S

We use monitoring Cisco Rack Server with System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2.
We received error messages at the System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2.
Error Message is "F1259 Equipment Missing" on the Cisco C220 M4S.
What should i do in this situation?
Pls give me advice?

Have you checked the CIMC to see if any faults are reported? It appears this errors is due to a flexflash card missing in the server. If you are using Flexflash, I would investigate accordingly. If not, this can most likely be suppressed.
