Is this a UCS mini?
Do you have a chassis or rack server connected yet?
If those are not connected, then there is no 'tie breaker' for a split brain scenario.
Assuming your mgmt IPs, and L1/L2 cables are correctly connected, the HA should show ready once you successfully connect and discover a UCS Rack server or a Chassis via IOMs.
Thanks,
Kirk...

Hey Ron,
If you have just cabled the FI and not connected any chassis, then HA will not form, as it requires the chassis and backplane heartbeat to complete the HA state.

the model is - Cisco UCS 6332
so , you are saying that until we won't connect Chassis/rack server to those FIs , the HA will show :
"HA Not Ready" ??
[right now we didn't connected any chassis/rack server]
