Hi All,
does anyone know what the latency is going through the FEX? I know the port to port latency of the UCS 6300FI is published as "less than 1us" but I assume that doesn't include the latency of the FEX itself.
We're being asked to look at HP synergy and their "master" switches are advertised at 1us port to port and "satellite" modules at 9ns (yes, ns).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi
What do you mean by FEX ? IOM in the Chassis ?
I think the answer can be found here:

Thanks for the response.
The spec sheet gives the overall latency, but I'm trying to find out what the latency going through the FEX itself is. The new 6454 FI spec sheet just says "below 1 microsecond" but they removed the statement around end to end latency, so I don't know if the new number is just for the FI.
Thanks
Eric
