How do I upgrade the MLOM card on a Cisco UCS C220 M5SX server?

I know this sounds pretty dumb, but I cannot find the firmware download for the VIC 1387 MLOM card for my server?

We had the card replaced and it was running firmware 4.2(3a) and the new card now has firmware V4.1(1d).

I thus want to upgrade the firmware on the VIC 1387 card to 4.2(3a) but I cannot find how to find the firmware I need? Can someone please show me, step-by-step, how to search for this on the Cisco site?

BMC is V3.1(3a)

BIOS is C220M5.3.1.3c.0.0307181404

12G Modular RAID is 50.1.0-1048

You can download the HUU for the CIMC version you are running and just choose to flash the VIC after the installer loads.
