How to check the difference between service profile templates?

Someone at work who has now left went nuts on Service Profile Templates and, for example, created 5 templates for one type of server. So I'm looking at consolidating the templates and would like to know, is there a way to compare template settings to see what the difference is?

If you right click on the various templates, there should be an option to 'copy XML'.

May run some of those outputs through notepad++  compare plugin, or similar 'diff' type program.
