Typically, the fault in UCSM will not clear until the root cause are identified and remedied. I'd recommend the same. Feel free to open a case with Cisco TAC for further help if needed.

For all the " invalid FRU " error messages you see, be sure that the memory is available to the blade from UCSM perspective and then confirm that the OS can also see all the memory available. If all memory is available from UCSM and OS point of view, then it is very likely that all you gotta do is update your capability catalog which a "1 second" upgrade (literally) which is not disruptive.
This doc does a good job explaning what the catalog is how to upgrade it. Basically, you will be just updating the list of Part IDs (PIDs) the system has listed as support.
In regards to the error messages about the policies not properly resolved, feel free to open a case as Niles said so we can help determine what is the defined policy that the system complains about.
