How to make the LUN Local Hard Disk bootable?

How can i make the LUN Bootable from the Inventory - Storage -, also when i boot the server blade i got the error that they could not see the virtual drive handled by bios there is none but there is 1 virtual host adapter .

NOTE: 4K format drives are not qualified or supported at this time with B-Series UCS servers
