Hello,
In my environment we are running firmware versions as old as version 2.0 (1b) and I wanted to know how to upgrade to the latest 3.0 (xx) version. Will it require various jumps within the 2.0 version to in order get to version 3.0 (xx)? Or can I just upgrade from 2.0 directly to 3.0? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much!

Greetings.
Overall release notes for the various HUU/CIMC versions are at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/servers-unified-computing/ucs-c-series-integrated-management-controller/products-release-notes-list.html
3.01 lists the following:
Upgrade Support for Release 3.0(1)
You can upgrade the firmware to Release 3.0(1) if you have any one of the following release versions on your system:
2.0(1)
2.0(2)
The 3.1 and higher releases you'll want to check to see if your platform is specifically supported,as some of the newer releases are specific for M5 platforms.
Thanks,
Kirk...
