Included part numbers in UCS

Hello,

I've noticed there are 2 part numbers in UCS that are apparently not included by default in a UCS shipment.

N20-BKVM --> dongle kvm direct to blades

N20-CRMK --> rail kit for 5108 chassis

I'm wondering what is wrong here as specially the rail kit is not an option but a must.

Any answers on that?

Hi Dani,

You can go ahead and open up a TAC case and they will help you with the missing parts, specailly the rail kit.

yes - the rail kit is missing in some bundled systems - open a TAC or ask your friendly account manager

I was not referring to a particular UCS installation/shipment, but

rather to any one of them. I've noticed all UCS shipments do not include the part numbers aforementioned.

I was just wondering wether I was just having but luck ;-) or rather it is supposed to be like this...I find VERY weird UCS doesn't include a rail kit by default...
