Jumbo Frames Setup

When setting up jumbo frames must everything be end to end I have heard mixed results in this regards.

Hi Mark,

Yes when you are setting up Jumbo Frames everything must be the same value. So if your UCS manager is 1500, your upstream switch must be 1500 and your OS must be 1500. A lot of people do not do that and that causes problems.

You had another post in which I linked a guide that discussed jumbo frames, I would refer to that material when setting it up.
