I am looking to download HDD firmware (version A38K) for Cisco UCS S3260, please let me know where I can download it. Thanks in advance.

Any of the 3.03 HUU release and later should have it.

You would want to boot the HUU, and run the drive update function to update your HGST drives that will utilize that firmware version.
