Hello,
I want to configure a port channel with 4 interfaces between an MDS 9148S and a UCS 6248UP.
MDS 9148S version : 8.4(2)
UCS 6248UP version : 2.2(8i) - 5.2(3)N2(2.28i)
Here is the configuration:

You will need to review logging logs to see why the links go error disabled.
Need to confirm SFPs in use,,, that fiber is not reversed (rx,tx), that these are FC SFPs and not ethernet SFPs (common mistake), etc, etc.
Also, make sure UCS side is also not in trunking (I think trunking is off by default).

SFP in use are :
MDS : DS-SFP-FC16G-SW SFP+
UCS : DS-SFP-FC8G-SW SFP+
Fiber is not reversed
SFP FC

Precision, without port channel, the ports are UP.
As soon as I apply the port channel, they are in error.

Might be something like https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvk63036/?rfs=iqvred where the UCSM version you are on does not recognize the OUI of the port-channel of the MDS.
