Dear Colleagues
I have installed a cisco custom image for Vmware ESXi in my UCSB servers and there is a problem with NetFlow feature. The problem occurs when I enable NetFlow in the VSphere distributed switch, then the connection between the host and vCenter immediately changes to out of sync. I would be thankful with a solution that would not force me to change the images of a high number of ESXi hosts.
Here are some information about my case:
ESXi Image : Vmware-ESXi-6.0.0-2494585-Custom-Cisco-6.0.0.1
UCSB Model: UCSB-B420-M3

Greetings.
Is this happening on all your ESXi hosts that you enable netflow for?
Have tried installing from a non-customized ISO?
VMware has published fixes in previous 5.1 code for similar issues in the past: https://www.vmware.com/support/vsphere5/doc/vsphere-esxi-51u2-release-notes.html
Multiple ESXi 5.1 hosts might stop responding intermittently when NetFlow monitoring is enabled on a distributed port group
You may want to get a VMware ticket open to have this looked at.
Thanks,
Kirk...

It was because of this bug:
