The screen captures you included show the physical drives 5 & 7 as missing, which is why the virtual drive is offline.
If you haven't done so already, you may want to power cycle the server.
The Webbios utility wasn't typically used in the 12Gb controllers, so I 'm thinking maybe you have a M3 server that used the 9200 series of LSI controllers.
It's possible you have an issue with either a raid controller or SAS backplane.
There's a lot more going on in your case than can be effectively troubleshot over public forum posts.
If you have the ability to open a TAC case, please do so.
In the LSI Webbios utility, there is an option to 'replace'/insert a drive back into the 'missing' drive location, but we would really need to look at logs and confirm that raid controller and backplane is healthy before doing that.
If you can actually get the physical drives to show online, and the virtual drive doesn't import them back in, shows them as foreign config, unconfigured good, etc,,,, then it may be possible to clear the config off the other drives, and re-create the array (with exact same settings i.e. raid 5, same stripe size) WITHOUT init'ing, and many times the underlying data will still be there as the virtual drive recreation (without initing) is just rewriting meta data.
You really need a TAC case at this point.

Si realmente puede hacer que las unidades físicas se muestren en línea, y la unidad virtual no las importa de nuevo, las muestra como configuración ajena, sin configurar, etc., entonces es posible borrar la configuración de la otra unidades y volver a crear la matriz (con exactamente la misma configuración, es decir, incursión 5, mismo tamaño de banda) SIN iniciar, y muchas veces los datos subyacentes seguirán allí ya que la recreación de la unidad virtual (sin iniciar) solo está reescribiendo metadatos .
Realmente necesitas un caso TAC en este momento.
