Question on Vmware Vsphere standard and Windows Server 2012 media and license delivery method

Hi, 

Can someone tell me how media and license (activation/registration codes) are delivered for: 

VMW-VSP-STD-3A  VMware vSphere 6 Standard (1 CPU), 3-yr, Support Required

MSWS-12R2-ST2S   Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (2 CPU/2 VMs)

Is it physical, e-delivery?

When you purchase this, you should get a PDF or physical piece of paper with instructions to activate the license.

To access your VMware software and Software Subscription Services, you must register within 30 days at: https://www.vmware.com/oem/code.do?Name=CISCO-AC At the Activation Code Registration page you will be prompted to register the unique VMware Activation Code listed above. You must register and exchange each activation code for a license key to receive proper subscription services. If you have multiple activation codes then you can register all these activation codes to one License Administrator or to several different License Administrators. The License Administrator will be the one person that will receive the VMware product serial numbers and all future serial numbers under the VMware Subscription Services. The License Administrator is responsible for receiving and administering Software Product Licenses, Updates, and Upgrades from VMware. Upon registration of the Activation Code(s), you will be prompted to list the email address of the person you would like listed as the VMware License Administrator.
