Folks,
We're planning to relocate about a dozen UCS rackmount servers and the two top-of-rack C2232 FEXes to an adjacent rack. No changes to the C6248 Fabric interconnects. The plan is to power down all the gear in the old rack, rerack it in the new location, recable everything as it was, and power it all up again within a few hours.
I wasn't planning on decommissioning either the servers or the FEXes in UCS prior to the shutdown, but I'm interested to hear if I should do this, or any other proactive measures before/after the relocation.
Cheers,
Paul
