redundancy of VSAN in cisco flexpod design

In the cisco design documentation: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/nexus-5000-series-switches/118811-config-switch-00.html

Vsan 70 and Vsan 80 traffic separated left and right side, does that means if we lose right side N5548 or FI6248, we'll lose Vsan 80?

If you look at Physical Network, they are high available and dual homed with vPC enabled.

It covers most of the failure scenarios.

Yes, if you lose the 5548 or 6248 on the right side you would lose VSAN 80. But the UCS Service Profile should have 2 vHBAs, first on Fabric A / VSAN 70 and the other on Fabric B / VSAN 80.

The OS will see the 2 HBAs and you will need to confirm that multipathing (MPIO) is enabled and in use to take advantage of both fabrics / VSANs and for failover.
