I have an S3260 with factory installed firmware 4.0.1a. I tried to upgrade this to any 4.x.x using the UCSM, CIMC and the HUU but the CMC always fails to upgrade while all the other components could be upgraded successfully. Although the firmware download and activation are successful, after the CMC reboot, it reverts back to the old FW and puts the new FW as the backup. When I downgraded to 3.1.3j, all the components could be downgraded successfully including the CMC. I don't know what's wrong with this. I am stuck with this issue for a while and I need your support.
