server needs resolution/mismatch identity/fru-retrievel-error

I have a couple of B200M2 blades that will not come online...during the discovery process, the FSM shows:

ERR-IBMC-fru-retrieval-error

Could not get Fru from 7f060207, dn=fabric/server/chassis-2/slot-7

The slot shows "needs resolution"...when i go to resolve, it shows "Mismatch Identity Unestablishable"...when i hit the link "Click here to accept this server in this slot", it gets stuck in the FSM message above.   The issue moves with the blade...i've tried it in different slots and different chassis.  out of 2 chassis and 16 blades, 3 have this issue.  I'm running 2.0(1s) UCS Manager.

All the blades have identical hardware.

I would suggest to open a Service Request for further troubleshooting on this.

We may analyze for you if the issue is hardware related and process a possible replacement if happens to be that, but definitely a service request will help with this.
