We have a new service profile that has a Red Rectangle around it showing a fault. When I click on the General Tab See the "1" under the Red X and click on it I am sent to the Faults tab. There are no faults listed (the all toggle is checked). How can I clear this fault or atleast see it to determine the issue?
Thanks,
Joe

CSCud94255 which is duped to CSCud79598

As a work around, please try the following
SSH into FI
connect local-mgmt
cluster lead b ( where FI B is acting secondary )

Hi Joe,
Can you provide a screenshot showing status box of the service profile, make sure to expand the status details box.
When did you notice the red rectangle on this service profile?
Is this service profile associated to a server?

Padma's suggestion resolved the issue. I am going switch cluster lead back tomorrow to verify issue is still resolved.
