Hi,
Is it possible to export a service profile in one UCS domain and then merge it into a different UCS domain?
Thanks.

Export a SP and import on another UCS domain is tricky without UCS Central.
The official supported solution is called Global Service Profile, and makes use (mandatory) of Global Pools (UUID, MAC, pwwn, nwwn); it also requires the use of UCS Central, the manager of (UCS) managers.

Can you install and configure it after you have two running UCS domains?
Thanks!

Yes, of course ! UCS Central is a VM running eg. on a ESXi host. After you have installed UCS Central:
go to the UCSM admin menu, under Communication Management->UCS Central

Hello,
Please note that while UCS central willgive you that desired mobility after integration and confiuration of Global Service profiles, you will not be able to import Local service profiles (term fo SPs configured directly in UCSm) as global service profiles.
The full process (on an already established UCS environment) would require some overhaul if you wish Central to become the single source of management as opposed to something closer to a management window (you can look, but can't push config from it).
