I have a Cisco UCS C240-M5L and I would like to know if there is a software I can install so our RMM software can see all drives on the raid controllers to alert us for drive failures. On HP servers, I can do this if I install Smart Storage Administrator CLI/GUI applications.

For drives connected to a raid controller, the CIMC will generate alerts reported by the raid controller (drive failures, raid vol/VD rebuilding, etc) which generally support SNMP, SMTP alerts, syslog, etc
For os level visibility to the physical drives underlying the raid volume, then there is a LSA utility \Storage\LSI\UCSC-RAID-M6\LSA\ .
There is also a cli utility called storcli that will be in \Storage\LSI\UCSC-RAID-M6\StorCLI.
These are coming from the various OS UTIL images in the https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286318800/type/283850975/os for the 240M5 server.
The path may vary depending on which OS image is in use.

I did the lightweight monitoring option of LSA and I do not see the drives of the RAID in our RMM. Should I have done the standalone version instead?

Not knowing what exact mechanism RMM is trying to query the LSA instance with,,, I don't know.
Here is doc link to LSA overall doc, if you don't have it: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/dam/broadcom/techdocs/data-center-solutions/tools/generated-pdfs/DB15-001161-23.pdf

I submitted a request to the RMM company as they only support Dell and HP.
We can close this now.
