I can't say that I get these that often, but they come every once in a while. I dont see any critical alarms in UCS Manager and we get no performance problems when they come. Regardless, they do come, so we'd like to be preventative and avoid a problem.
System Notification from HOSTNAME - telemetry:full - 2017-12-19 11:35:22 GMT-05:00 anonymous inventory
I googled this alarm email subject title but only saw another forum post about turning it off rather than explaining what it actually is.
Is this something we should be worried about? Can we ignore it? Exactly what is it?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You have configured inventory messages for call home to be sent. If you would like to disable them, you can do so accordingly. More info here:

I saw this in the other forum post. I'm more concern about whether to worry about the alert. If it's an inventory message, the message says 'full', so what is actually full? What does it mean 'telemetry:full'?

That means that the "full" inventory is being sent successfully, as opposed to partial inventory. This message is normal and means your inventory is being sent successfully. Alternatively you can turn off system inventory messages.
