UC on UCS

hello,

I have some doubts about the UC on UCS, I want to use a UCS Server (Serie C or B) to host CM8,Unity8 and IPCC8 in VM. 

Somebody have a document that I can use to choice the best option to UCS?

If I choice the bundle UCS-C210M2-VCD2 or UCS-B200M2-VCS1, are they ready for the support the 4 application of UC? or is necessary I add other part number (I talk about only HW)?

UC Application:

CM= 250 Users

Unity=250 voice mail

Presence= 200 Users

IPCCE= 75 seats

Yes. The C210-M2 gives you 2 x 4 cores and 48GB of RAM. The VMs you have in mind require:

CM= 2500 Users          --> 1 vCPU

Unity=250 voice mail     --> 2 vCPU for Unity or 1 vCPU for Unity Connection

Presence= 200 Users     --> 1 vCPU for CUP 5000 users

IPCCE=  75 seats          --> 2 vCPU for IP CCE 100 agents

--> 1+2+1+2 = 6 vCPUs, you're within the limits.

Hello,

I saw the guides  sizing to UCS and I am a little confused. In this moment I want to  migrate from CM 4 and IPCC to CM8 and IPCC8 in UCS, later I will add  other application. So I did a configuration the UCS C Series for these  applications (CM-IPCC), but I have doubts with the number parts and  quantities, Can anyone help me to validate this configuration?

Note: In this moment I only want to host 2 application in UCS C:

CM:100 users

IPCC:40 seats

Disk array from SAN

Also, as someone that has performed a UC on UCS install, those apps work great In a VM on UCS gear.

Just use the C210. Perfect for the solution you mention (up to 4 instances).

Please note you need 8.5 voor UCCX on UCS

Then If I use UCS-B200M2-VCS1 and CUWL PRO;

- how many VMW-UC-STD-K9-1A I need to all CPU or vCPU?

-  If UCS-B is bigger that UCS-C, Can I  host more applications? ¿Application the other vendors?
