Hi Walter
We tried teaming from WIN2k12 blade server and after configured the teaming it sends huge arp-storm to Nexus 7k core switch.
Another observation from blade adapter automatically restarted every 45mins once.
Any idea why its happend.
Thanks in Advance.

Hi Mohan
I assume you have installed the proper enic/fnic drivers, according the support matrix:
http://www.cisco.com/web/techdoc/ucs/interoperability/matrix/matrix.html
Regarding Teaming: have a look at
http://www.thomasmaurer.ch/2015/04/overview-on-windows-server-and-hyper-v-2012-r2-nic-teaming-and-smb-multichannel/
http://www.thomasmaurer.ch/2012/07/windows-server-2012-hyper-v-converged-fabric/
How did you setup Teaming ?
I think it should be switch indedendent / dynamic NOT LACP
