Hi,
During BIOS upgrade, one of our b200m2 servers has corrupted.
We tried to recover bios, to revert to previous version, to re-flash, but without results (we tried this many times :) )
We also tried cmos reset with cmos_reset jumper, also tried to put BIOS_recover jumper to position 2_3, but no use.
During attempt to recover BIOS, FSM shows following :
============================================================================
<computeBladeFsmStage
descr="Waiting for completion of BIOS recovery for server sys/chassis-1/blade-3 (up to 15 min)(FSM-STAGE:sam:dme:ComputePhysicalBiosRecovery:Wait)"
dn="sys/chassis-1/blade-3/fsm/stage-BiosRecoveryWait"
lastUpdateTime="2014-07-29T07:31:35"
name="BiosRecoveryWait"
order="9"
retry="13"
stageStatus="inProgress"
status="created">
</computeBladeFsmStage>
==============================================================================
And this is step where it fails.
While trying to recover bios, i noticed that b200m2 doesnt have backup bios.
This is our test environment, and blades are not under support, so we can non replace servers.
Is there any way to solve this probelm?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
Try downgrading all components, not only BIOS and attempt the upgrade again.
Don't forget to first "update" the fw version and then "activate" it.

Hello,
When attempting to recover the BIOS, do we have the KVM opened to watch it boot into EFA and to be able to give it the reboot command?
