UCS C200 M2: Failed to power up when top cover is on

Hi Experts,

Need your advice on the issue that i'm currently facing. The problem is the UCS C200 M2 won't power up when the top cover is on. However, when i remove the top cover and switch it on it powers up. Probably a grounding issue or loose cable inside? Any ideas?

I don't want to raise an RMA yet coz it might require a simple fix.

This is not an issue I've heard of previously.  I'd suggest you open a TAC case and they can investigate further on whether an RMA is required or not. 

I would suggest you unplug the server, and re-secure all cable connections, daughter cards, PCI cards etc to ensure everything is snuggly inserted.
