ucs C220-M3BE shutdown after 5 minutes

Hi,

I have one server C220-M3BE CICM version 1.5(4d) I tried to rebuild one HDD and is done the HDD is Online but still have Predicted error, and I can not access with CIMC in GUI interface, always stuck during loading (Before rebuilding I was able to access the CIMC from the same laptop and firefox 8.0), and after 5 to 7 mins of restart the server then the server going shutdown and i can ping CIMC IP when it's shutdown.

What is the problem here and how can I solve it?

I installed firefox 8.0 and I used install_flash_player_9.0.289.0.exe then I was able to access through CICM good news, then I solve the reboot issue when I disable watchdog timer from bios setting and I restarted the server then is OK!
