UCS C220 M3S. No Flex Flash installed

I have a Cisco UCS C220 M3S with no flex flash installed. It has a 500 GB SATA HDD. I need to install Windows 2008 Server 64 bit and Cisco TelePresence Management Suite.

I can not see The HDD in the server inventory

When I try to install the windows OS, there is a meesage that say that there is no HDD where to install.

have you checked if the drivers are up-to-date?

When you boot the server are you able to see the RAID controller?

are you using a PCIe RAID controller card or on-board RAID?

The server has the SCU Upgrade ROM for Embedded RAID SAS Support and, a on-board UCSC-RAID-ROM55.

Dear Saurabh.

Thank you very much for your kindness and oyur valuable assistance. Finally, I called TAC, the server had a failure with the embedded RAID Controller. An RMA applied. and the server was replaced. The replacement is working properly, and, the HDD configured.

To me, it looks like you dont have a hardware RAID controller and the FlexFlash controller is confirming that you dont have SD cards either, therefore, the only RAID controller you have is the embedded one (come with the motherboard).

Can you confirm the server has disks?  If they do, how about the status LEDs on them? Do they have any lights?
