I tried to connect to the serial port to get more information and I got this screenshot:
Any thoughts about how to solve this?

Greetings.
Sounds like you may need to try resetting CMOS, and potentially doing a bios recovery.

BIOS recovery is specially spelled out at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/hw/C220M5/install/C220M5/C220M5_chapter_010.html#concept_ky4_5s5_jz
You might want to try removing the CMOS battery for a couple of minutes and see if it clears up before going through all the bios recovery steps.
Is the CIMC GUI available?
