UCS Central auth settings not applying to UCSM

We have ucs central configured for AD auth, it works fine when logging into ucs central.  When logging into ucsm AD authentication does not work.  The settings for each ucsm are configured to pull from ucs central.

 

Any ideas why it would not be pulling the AD/LDAP configuration.

Which UCS Central Version ?

1.2(1e)

I would check if 1.3.1a has the same issue ?

1.3.1a does indeed appear to have the same issue.. 

 

All ucs domain are configured to pull authentication from the ucs central server.
