Hi,
we have a UCS domain on our 1st site, and now I want to expand it to a 2nd site.
My plan is to use UCS Central to import the configuration from the 1st site into UCSC and use it as a global configuration for both sites.
Can anyone explain me how to do it, or give me a link to a guide, please?
Thank you
Sascha

Hi Spoetges,
You would have to register your UCS Central Domain within your UCS Manager. The guide below shows you how to do this;
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/ucs-central/GUI-User-Guides/Getting-Started/1-4/b_CiscoUCSCentral_Getting_Started_Guide/b_CiscoUCSCentral_Getting_Started_Guide_chapter_0100.html
Below is also a screenshot on how you can Register your UCS Central and set the policies from local to global. When it is set from Global it is pulling the configuration from UCS Central.
Hope this helps. Please rate all helpful content so other users can find answers more quickly.

Hi Qiese Dides,
thank you for your reply.
This is the 2nd step, to add my 2nd site to UCSC and pull the configuratuon.
I want to know, how to push the configuration from my 1st UCS to the UCSC, so I can use it as a global policy.
Best regards
Sascha
