Hi,
I have a remote ISR 4321 with the UCS-E module UCS-EN140N-M2/K9.
I know I need to upgrade the BIOS and CIMC version (to huu_3.2.6.v3.iso), but I do not find a way to get into the CIMC / BMC, certainly not via the GUI, but neither via the CLI serial session.
It seems that the UCS-E module is continuously crashing, especially after I try to perform the password reset:

Feb 8 09:43:56.921 UTC: %SPA_OIR-6-OFFLINECARD: SPA (UCS-EN140N-M2/K9) offline in subslot 0/1
I have read elsewhere on this forum that this is not a hardware issue, but a software issue, hence my attempt to upgrade the CIMC/BIOS of the UCS-E module.
I can access a serial session, at least I get a login prompt, but the default password login fails "Incorrect login" despite the password reset cmd.
I have dedicated access to the IMC interface, but I don't get this working either.
I upgraded the CPLD and ROMMON:
RTR#sh platform
Chassis type: ISR4321/K9

--------- ------------------- --------------------- -----------------
0 ISR4321/K9 ok 00:37:17

R0 ISR4321/K9 ok, active 00:37:17
F0 ISR4321/K9 ok, active 00:37:17
P0 PWR-4320-AC ok 00:36:57
P2 ACS-4320-FANASSY ok 00:36:57
Slot CPLD Version Firmware Version
--------- ------------------- ---------------------------------------
0 17100927 16.7(3r)
R0 17100927 16.7(3r)
F0 17100927 16.7(3r)
and I also upgraded IOS XE from isr4300-universalk9.03.16.04b.S.155-3.S4b-ext.SPA.bin to isr4300-universalk9.16.06.04.SPA.bin and downgraded back to the original IOS XE version as I thought that there could be a compatibility issue between the recent IOS XE and the old CIMC/BIOS of the UCS-E module.
The module does not seem to get out of the boot process:
RTR#show hw-module subslot 0/1 oir
Module Model Operational Status
------------- -------------------- ------------------------
subslot 0/1 UCS-EN140N-M2/K9 booting
What other options do I have to access, upgrade the UCS-E module?
Thanks!
