That would only be for a worst case scenario.
If you can confirm the FI ports are down (i.e check your A side vnics/veths), you may want to try rebooting it (may require powercord pull)
This is something you normally would want to involve TAC with.

Your overall state for that Fi is 'Inapplicable'
You need to check the status of your FI in general.
SSH into your UCSM cluster IP as admin
connect local
show cluster extend
That icon/status is for the overall fixed module and not the port (32) it is next to.
Also, it would be helpful if you sent a screenshot of your 'faults' view.
