UCS-FI-DL2 ---what function of this card?

Hello experts,

The customer wants to know  what function of the card   UCS-FI-DL2  ( UCS 6248 Layer 2 Daughter Card )  have. Can anybody tell me?

Is it like a simply layer 2 switch 's function  ? Thank a lot !

Hello Pei Meng,

In UCS FI 6248 model, this is field repalceable unit that has management, console and cluster ports.
