UCS KVM not launching

Hello,

I recently bought a ucs c220, installed server 2016, the ip address for the remote access is in the same network as with other computers.  The problem is when I launch the kvm i get the following error.  please see attached. 

Im using java version 8.  I reset everything but nothing is working.  the ucs does not work with firefox or chrome because of flash so I'm using Maxthon browser to have access.  Please help

Hi,

KVM launched via Java. since you already have java installed, save that jnlp file to somewhere in your management PC and double click it to open. (make sure file name ends with '.jnlp' extension, ex. viewer.jnlp) it will load the KVM. also use IE browser to access.
