Trying to upgrade a UCSC-C240-M5SN firmware from 4.2 to 4.3. I am using a vKVM mounting the ISO, have done over 4 others without issue, this one will mount the ISO, reboot let me choose it as a boot option, load the drivers, then right before it should load the utility wizard it goes to a black screen. Waited ~3 hours and it never pulled up, physically connected to the device with a crash cart and still could not interact with the box, rebooted it a few times and no changes. Not sure what I am doing wrong. The ISO is locally on the jump box I am using to update this.
Thanks

Make sure you actually power drain the server, before reattempting.
If it's still re-occurring, TAC may need to review logs to see if a component is hanging or not responding.

Booted from /dev/sr0
Mounted the boot device
Container file type: squashfs
mount: mounting /dev/loop0 on /tmp/container-mnt faailed: Invalid argument
Error in mounting the squashfs container!
