UEFI PXE No Attempt - C220 M4 with 1387

Hello all,

I'm working on geting a functioning UEFI PXE environment for ESXi and while testing I force the server into network boot (F12) while UEFI mode is enabled on the boot order - and the server never even attempts to go out to the network. All I will get is a "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media..."  When I do the exact same thing with Legacy mode enabled - the server reaches out to the network without issue.

Is there something I'm missing here?  Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

Configuration:

Boot Order - CD/DVD, SD Card, LAN vNIC-0 (Enforce vNIC - yes, Boot Mode UEFI - yes, Boot Sec - no)

BIOS Policy - PCIe Slot HBA OptionROM - UEFI Only (per documenation)

C220 M4:

1387 VIC - FI connected (6332)

FW - 4.0(2c)

Adapter FW - 4.3(2a)

BIOS - C220M4.4.0.2a.0.1023180315

There used to be a limitation on using UEFI and PXE for UCS integrated Rack servers (worked just fine in stand alone mode).

Not sure if this has been resolved or not.
