Sambhab,
Are we talking about KVM?
You can add a user defined macro ...
Which should then allow you to:

Hmmm, I think I know what you're looking for.
Can you check for me if you're using quiet boot?

Hi Sambhab,
My first question is, how many processors do you have installed on this server? If you only have one processor neither PCIe slot 2 nor the mezzanine slot are supported and you won't be able to see the Ctrl +H option.

If you have 2 processors, the next thing to do is to make sure the optionROM for this adapter is enabled. You can check this in the bios settings (see below) for my server I don't have a mezzanine slot, but your should have one. You need to make sure that the option enable.
let me know if this helps

Sambhab,
Just to add to the great posts above, keep in mind that to access a Raid controller that Mezzanine style, the keys are Ctrl+C and not Ctrl+H.

Hi Sambhab,
Please find the below answer for your query and below link for more information:-

Launch the utility by pressing Ctrl+M when you see the prompt during system boot.

Gaurav,
Ctrl+M is for the embedded RAID controller, as you may see from the link you provided for a C240 in the page 12:
"Launching the LSI Embedded RAID Configuration Utility
Launch the utility by pressing Ctrl+M when you see the prompt during system boot"
This controller is a Mezzanine style RAID controller.

What firmware are you running on this server?
Did you buy this raid controller direclty from cisco or from a partner.
Based on the screenshot you provided the firmware on your controller looks very old, I recommend that you use the HUU to upgrade the firmware of the adapter to the same level as your server. Use link below to download the firmware package for your server.
