vLAN trunking for UCS blade

I have a UCS blade that needs to communicate on a new network. The vLAN has already been trunked on the Nexus switch from the Nexus switch to the Fabric Interconnects.

What else needs to be done in UCS fabric manager in order for the vLAN to be accessible to the blade?

Generally on the LAN tab of UCS Manager you will define your VLANs and vNIC templates.  The vNIC templates will reference the appropriate VLAN and define whether or not it is defined as native (VLAN tag to be used by the host) or not native (VLAN tag applied in within the hypervisor when using virtual machines).  Then the vNIC templates are referenced in a Service Profile Template to be used by a Service Profile.
