I don't believe there are any guidelines specific to Windows 7 VMs running on a B250-M1 blade. The number of virtual machines that you can create on a host is limited by the size of your harddrive or remote disk, and the number of virtual machines you can have powered on depends on how much memory is in the blade. You would also need to take into consideration the amount of resources each VM would have allocated to it.
