Hello,
I have a problem with a Cisco C240-M3 server.
The front panel LEDs all light up green, the LED (D21) on the motherboard lights up permanently orange.
Tested DDR3 4GB ECC Ram is in slots A1 / B1 and E1 / F1.
Problem, the server is not starting.
I would be very happy to receive help.

Have you tried looking the CIMC web interface? It shows a lot of helpful information about the physical health of the server (I should know. My C220-M3 server died last week lol).

Almost looks like the LED by the Onboard SATA connector.
Agree with Tyson, that CIMC is going to be your best bet for diagnosing this.
If you have not configured the CIMC, prior to now, then that may be difficult as you won't be able to see POST and the F8/CIMC config option.
