HUU upgrade via CIMC virtual media

We have a dozen or so C220 M4 servers that I need to upgrade with HUU. I have the Latest HUU downloaded and I have done a couple of servers so far with no issues. All of the servers are remote in various parts of the world. 

If the upgrade were to fail for some reason would the computer become unbootable?

Is it possible for the CIMC upgrade to fail and you not be able to get back into the CIMC? 

Even though we have done a few servers already with no problems I am being asked for a backout plan if a failure occurs.

If there was some issue and the software was corrupted, there is a possibility that remote access would be severed and physical access may need to be obtained for further troubleshooting.
