While planning for an upgrade from 2.0 -> 2.1 we noticed the warning about Default Zoning not being supported in 2.1(1a) and later releases. Is it possible to reconfigure and disable Default Zoning without causing any disruptions?
The system is running on a 6120XP with an 8GB FC expansion module and four connected Storage FC Interfaces. One configured VSAN with Default Zoning enabled.

Are there any official guidelines from Cisco released regarding the removal of Default Zoning Support? Any advice is welcome!

Andreas,
In UCSM 2.1 Default Zonning is disabled an cant be used anymore, you need to create the VSAN again and define it manually.
