Is the only way to access the GUI is thru the management OOB connection? Let me ask this a different way. I DO NOT have my Management ports connected but I do have the 10Gb uplins connected and cannot access the GUI. Why won't this work?

You must go through the management port. The UCS gui is embedded on the ASIC chip/card so you would need to access the web interface through the mgmt port/static ip of the FI.

Think you have to use a management port. If the FI's are in switch mode, you might be able to give a VLAN an IP. Then you could maybe get to the CLI, but don't think the web gui would work.
