Hello, I'm curious if you were able to get the Algo to work on the "ring" and "In-use" events. I'm trying to install the Algo 8138. I can only get it to ring and light the strobe. But no luck in the "ring" and "in-use" mode. Our CUCM is on 14.1.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your response. This was an existing V-9940 which was working with AudioCodes. I think the issue is with the new analog gateway configuration. I may have fixed the issue, but I wont know until I'm in the office tomorow..Than...
