Hi Arnethanks for your reply, it's a wireless and the device is huawei WLC , i think the issue in ISE 3.1 version because as i mentioned i have configured the same config on ISE 2.7 and it's working normally.
Dear Nithine ,thanks for reply , the mentioned application are able to record the call between the IP phones if yes , how they will record the calls if the calls not passing through the CUCM ?
its controller based, i don't think the issues with APs because when using the ISE Ver 2.7 , after the APs goes down and come back online the portal page shows up automatically ,i think there is some thing missing but i don't know what is.
