Can someone tell me if there are special licensing requirements or other special configuration setups for a video conference call with the cameras? Say 5 video phones at once?
We have 7960 phones and Call Manager 4.1.2 ES63. We used to be able to reset our phones on the keypad by pressing the **#** keys. This does not work any more.Anyone have ideas?
We're having the same issue with V 11.9.1. Random users status won't update when on a call, in a meeting or away unless manually changed. Anyone have any luck on a resolution?
I have also had MOH issues, but my issue only happens on SOME phones. Phones that had been working with MOH are not playing anything - only silence, and there is at least 1 phone that I know of that does play the MOH. Resetting phones doesnt help. ...
Yes, my busy greeting is enabled but the standard greeting always plays instead. I tried changing my busy trigger to 1, forward busy to voicemail checkbox checked in CM and busy greeting is enabled. Am I missing something???
