I am integrating three Unity 4.2 servers with one CCM 4.1.3 cluster and my customer does not like the fact that they need to use three different VM pilot numbers. Is there a way to use only one pilot number.. Thanks,Imad
After the integrations of an AD integrated cluster with a DC integrated cluster, how do we enable the IP phones to search the whole directory of the two clusters via the services > Corporate directory soft key.
Thanks Sam. I was asking about the ability of IP phones to be able to search for directory numbers of two integrated clusters together. However; one of the cluster is AD integrated and the other is DC integrated.Imad
Only TAC can help you with this. They will send you a BAT file that will remove your current Licenses. Afterwards you will be able to add the desired licenses. Imad
