there is no CUBE between the telco and CUCM Could you provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue?* this call flow work on another telco.*Works for landline calls but not for mobile calls   
 We replace be6k disk because we found to be defective. the status po new replacement unconfigure good. Do we need to do configuration for new replacement?
in my cisco ip phone 8845  When I press the soft keypad on a Cisco IP phone, the wrong input appears on the screen? example when i press button 1 in and screen appears 2. how to fix it? 
kindly give me advice currently i having issue my IP phone 8845 freezing randomly and have flickering screen, i upgrade my firmware in newest version but issue still presist
